Welcome to CareLink. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CareLink.

1. Service Description & Platform Role

CareLink is a technology platform that connects individuals seeking care ("Families") with independent care professionals ("Caregivers"). CareLink is an intermediary and not an employer of the Caregivers. The care service contract is directly between the Family and the Caregiver. CareLink facilitates matching, verification, and payments.

Medical Disclaimer: CareLink is a non-emergency matching service. We are not a hospital. For medical emergencies, please call 1669.

2. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Users (Families) agree to:

Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

All payments are securely processed via our platform. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both families and caregivers.

4. Intellectual Property

The CareLink website, logo, visual design, and software code are the exclusive property of CareLink. You are granted a limited license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, CareLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.

CareLink conducts rigorous background checks but does not control the specific actions of Caregivers during service. Families engage Caregivers at their own risk regarding day-to-day supervision.

6. Force Majeure

CareLink shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders, or any other force majeure event.

7. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled by the courts of Thailand.
