We collect your personal information primarily through our LINE Official Account after you connect with us from our Site.
1. Information You Provide to Us: This information is provided by you during conversations within our LINE Official Account when you inquire about or book a service.
For Families (Clients): When you contact us to book a caregiver, we collect information from you, including your name, address of service, billing information, email address, and phone number. To match you with a suitable caregiver, we also collect information about the person requiring care, such as their age, health condition, and specific care needs. We refer to this as “Client Information”.
For Caregivers: When you register with us to offer your services, we collect information from you, including your name, contact details, address, professional qualifications, work experience, a profile photo, and information required for background checks and payment processing. We refer to this as “Caregiver Information”.
2. Automatically Collected Information: When you visit our Site (www.carelink.co.th), we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to Client Information, Caregiver Information, and Automatically Collected Information.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the Personal Information we collect to operate our platform and to facilitate connections between Clients and Caregivers. Specifically, we use this information to:
- Create and manage your account and profile.
- Facilitate the matching of Clients with suitable Caregivers based on stated needs and qualifications.
- Process bookings and payments for caregiver services.
- Communicate with you regarding bookings, account information, or platform updates via our LINE Official Account.
- Verify the identity and credentials of Caregivers.
- Screen bookings and user activity for potential risk or fraud.
- Improve and optimise our Site and services.
Third-Party Platforms: LINE Official Account
Please be aware that while our Site provides information about our services, all direct communication, booking processes, and transactions are conducted through our official LINE Official Account ("LINE OA"). When you contact us via LINE, you are choosing to share information within the LINE application. While this Privacy Policy governs the personal information that we (CareLink) collect and manage for our services, your use of the LINE application itself is also subject to LINE Corporation's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We are responsible for the data you provide directly to us within the chat for your booking, but we do not control the broader data practices of the LINE platform. We encourage you to review LINE's Privacy Policy to understand how they handle your data.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We understand the sensitive nature of your information. We share your Personal Information only in the following circumstances:
- Between Clients and Caregivers: To facilitate a booking, we share relevant information between parties through the LINE OA. For example, we share a Caregiver's profile (name, qualifications) with a Client. When a booking is confirmed, we share the Client's name, service address, and care requirements with the chosen Caregiver.
- With Third-Party Service Providers: We work with third-party companies to perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, background checks, and data hosting. We only share the information necessary for them to perform these services.
- For Legal Compliance: We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Data Retention
When you create an account or make a booking with us, we will maintain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Minors
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

How to stop marketing messages from CareLink:
You can control the marketing communications you receive from us by opting out:
Emails: Click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any marketing email you receive.
Contact Us: You can contact our team at contact@carelink.co.th.
Once you do this, we will update our records to ensure you don’t receive further marketing messages. Please allow a few days for our systems to be updated. Opting out of marketing messages will not stop service communications (e.g., booking confirmations).
