About the Caregivers
How does CareLink work?
We are a platform that connects qualified caregivers with families looking for caregivers for their loved ones that might need ADL or nursing services. ADL or Activities of Daily Living is a healthcare term for essential personal care tasks such as eating, dressing, and hygiene.
How do I start my search for a caregiver? What is the first step?
The first step is to sign up with us via our LINE Official Account, and you can then request a booking.
What kind of information do I need to provide to find a good match?
In the booking form, we ask for specific needs you are looking for: 1. Patient Profile, 2. Preferred date and time slots, 3. Location for service, 4. ADL services needed, 5. Current medical conditions, and 6. Any special requirements for the caregiver.
Is your service available in my area?
Currently, we provide service in Bangkok only.
How are caregivers on your platform vetted and screened?
All caregivers apply online and our system evaluates the documents submitted for accuracy and completeness. We also verify their personal credibility with their guarantors and require them to complete a skills and judgement quiz to evaluate their competency.
Do you perform background checks on all caregivers?
Yes, all caregivers are required to submit their criminal record when applying.
What qualifications or training do your caregivers have?
All caregivers must either attend our 2.5-day course or provide us with their certifications from approved institutions.
Can I request a caregiver with specific skills (e.g., dementia care, post-stroke care, tube feeding)?
Yes, you can provide us with this information when submitting your booking request.
Can I view caregiver profiles and choose one myself?
Yes, you can select your own caregivers from our pool of available candidates.
Is it possible to interview a caregiver before I book them?
No, you cannot interview the caregivers directly. However, you can refer to the ratings and reviews from other families. Alternatively, you can book a trial with short-hour services to evaluate if the caregiver meets your expectations.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the caregiver, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a replacement that better suits your needs, and this is covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
What should I do in case of a medical emergency while the caregiver is on duty?
In any medical emergency, the caregiver's first priority is to call emergency services (1669 in Thailand). They are trained in basic first aid and will also contact you or your designated emergency contact immediately.
How does CareLink handle complaints or resolve problems?
We take all complaints seriously. Please contact our support team through the LINE OA or email. We have a formal process to investigate and resolve disputes fairly and professionally between clients and caregivers.
Are the caregivers insured through your platform?
Caregivers are independent contractors responsible for their own insurance. We strongly recommend clients have appropriate home insurance. CareLink does not provide liability insurance for incidents that occur in the home.
